ANYHOO, two things; #1 I don't know WHY I am listed in the white pages as living with my brother!!!! And it's misspelled, so who the F knows. I know when I looked at my credit report many years ago, I saw a chicago address, and I've never lived in Chicago! Which only now makes me think, I was used to vote for barry (oh God, then I voted in that election twice, for two different people, both shameful, LOL). The second thing, and this is BIG is - the man who I refer to as the Jeffrey Epstein of PA, the financial benefactor for my child's rapist, the one who HAD HE NOT BEEN INVOLVED, that rapist would have been in prison after the first sign of rape when she was 5 -this POS WAS MY CHILD'S RAPIST POWER OF ATTORNEY when our house was sold in June of 2015. WELL GUESS WHAT? THERE IS NO SIGN OF THAT DEED TRANSFER ANYWHERE. BUT - I was looking at my LinkedIn page and HE COMES UP ON THE SIDE! So sleuths can find that connection.
Now, I know FOR A FACT, that if you googled "cara nolletti," two months ago, the third thing down would have been the deed transfer, BECAUSE I DID IT AND FREAKED OUT THAT MY NAME WAS ATTACHED TO HIS - this POS jeffrey epstein-esq character.And now it's not there, at all. (OOPS. I found it. 4/10/17 ) Nor are any of the family court docs, which would prove how only the family court judge didn't back us (whom might I add is Shady as hell - and not just according to me, but paralegals everywhere).
GUYS, GALS...if I was wrong (about the chit going on here in Lancaster County, PA), would anyone go to such great lengths to scrub this information away? This pos, mind you, is involved with many of those sites which, apparently, the FED's can't catch because they put them up and down so fast. I'm talking illicit pornography people (it's his name w/sex after it, in quotations, and his name is like mine, there's only one of us in the world. last I checked, the weekend before my kid "came out," june, 2010, with what was happening, the husband and I found over 3000 shady sites with this pos name, and yes, we gave them all the the proper authorities. And just as with the green card marriages - read, PROOF OF JUDGES COMMITTING TREASON, which also involves this same pos, NO ONE CARED or cares). So it wouldn't be too far fetched to believe that they have the power and capability to do such things.

**and I've heard of similar and even worse stories, pertaining to the family court judge, HOWEVER, I've yet to come across anyone here who has had such a flagrant abuse of their child support taken, as we have. Again, read: PROOF OF JUDGES COMMITTING TREASON. When we (my daughter ascher and I) were told in June of 2015 BY Lancaster County Domestic Relations Office, the day before the closing of my house, that we were owed $15g+ in arrears, and mind you, no warrant was ever issued for him by them, we saw a puerto rican girl crying, in Lanc DRO, because she was trying to get her baby daddy OUT OF PRISON as he was jailed after he fell behind with his child support to some ridiculous sum like, $600 max! ( ascher and I ended up running back into that girl while we were having sandwiches at La Dolce Vita, and that is precisely what happened, however I don't remember the exact sum, just that it was measly.)
*** PPS, AND the mortgage for my house wasn't paid FOR OVER TWO MONTHS after closing!!!! That guy (whose name escapes me, though it is in my emails -IF anyone cares, though it is quite un likely) lawyer Jeffrey Mohler, HE TOO should be investigated. Ask yourself, WHY would he risk HIS life, and business by NOT paying off the mortgage for my house, 18 quarry dr, millersville, pa FOR TWO MONTHS? thankfully citimortgage sent me letters, which is how I found out and they said it was "exceptionally unusual."
And remember who was POA for the other person on my deed, right. He was treated like a king that day, meanwhile, I was shoved in a closet! True story. I went to one of the detectives who worked our cases, and he looked into the domestic relations database and saw there was NO record of them TAKING BACK any of that $15g+ (they took back over $7g). I tried to hire a lawyer, outside of the county as had been reiterated to us FOR YEARS by local LE, however, even HE laughed me out of the office. Leaving me with the feeling that HE felt, if the "brotherhood" was doing this, I must have done something deserving of such treatment. That something- I fought for my kid, and I am the chit head? I think not.
Again, what is it that I want - JUSTICE, and maybe A flipping PUBLIC apology from the county for what they've done to us. My kid, she wants MONEY.... she wants them all to literally, pay for what they have done. But most of all, what I want are;
OUTSIDE INVESTIGATIONS TO BE DONE, BECAUSE SOMETHING JUST ISN'T RIGHT.
